Sale of programs approved by the Central Reservations (Maqam) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia requires full acceptance by the client of the General Conditions and unreserved acceptance of all provisions.
The General Conditions may be modified at any time without notice. In some cases, changes will take effect as soon as they are posted online, but will apply only to reservations made after posting. It is essential for customers to consult and accept the General Conditions when booking, especially regarding the Guarantee of the applicable provisions.

Object of the contract
This contract is a distance contract that defines the General Conditions of Sale for services linked to stays, trips, transfers, excursions, and all other tourist services offered online on behalf of the Customer.
Site terms of use
Anyone purchasing one or more Services on the Site must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of contracting. The person entering into an electronic contract guarantees the veracity of the information provided and commits personally for people registered on the same file.
All Customers acknowledge having read these conditions of sale and all
terms of the proposal before
placing their order. Thus, placing an order entails full acceptance of our General Conditions of
Sale. Any exception benefiting the Customer will not bring any innovation to these conditions.
Reservation and confirmation
Any reservation made on our platform www.manasiki.com is subject to availability and confirmation by the selected establishment on the chosen dates.
The ordering process is as follows:
- The Customer selects the desired Service(s);
- Provides necessary information for the reservation;
- Chooses the payment method (some cases may require immediate online payment by credit card);
- Verifies and expressly accepts the confidentiality policy and General Conditions of Sale;
- Validates the order, completing the electronic contract.
Confirmation, including essential details such as service identification and price, will be sent to the Customer via email, post, or fax. Any applicable surcharge or discount will also be indicated.
Cancellation / Modification

For cancellations or modifications:
- 100% of the trip price applies if cancellation is within 3 days of departure, or if the customer fails to meet administrative requirements;
- For flights, 100% of the ticket amount applies, regardless of cancellation date, subject to airline policies;
- No refund for certain high-demand periods, such as Hajj or Ramadan.
Claims, Losses, and Damages
Complaints must be sent within 21 days from the end of service date, via registered letter with supporting documents. For damage or loss of baggage, a declaration must be made with airport authorities immediately.
Payment
Online payments are made by credit card. Registration is effective upon customer signature and immediate payment of at least 30% of the total amount. The balance is due 15 days before departure. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in contract termination.
Responsibility
The customer is responsible for checking the necessary travel formalities with competent authorities. Customers must also ensure that all provided names and documents match their identity papers. No refunds for failure to comply with travel requirements.
Disputes and Jurisdiction
Data contained within www.manasiki.com holds probative value. In case of disputes, parties shall attempt amicable resolution, otherwise, jurisdiction is assigned to the Commercial Court of Casablanca.
